Posh Periwinkle is a highly fluorescent reflective blue glitter. This glitter is made up of very fine pieces that flattened in thick applications become highly reflective with a fluorescent green hue. The soft blue overpowers in lower light intensities. Thicker applications allow for a darker blue – thinner applications allow for a soft blue hue.
